Willers is an international engineering company for high-tech buildings and infrastructures. The company was founded in 1989 by Jobst Willers in Switzerland.

Against the backdrop of digitalization in the construction industry and the generational change in the company, Willers needed to position itself for the future. The revised strategy focused on international expansion, positioning the company as an opinion leader for high-tech buildings and making it an attractive employer for top talent.

Based on the ongoing strategy and culture process as well as a comprehensive market and competition analysis, we have developed the brand identity in the management circle and sharpened the positioning as a technology leader and family business.

The new image is an expression of the company's values and its focus on the future. An approachable corporate culture, Swiss engineering pride and working towards a better, sustainable world thanks to technological possibilities are at the heart of the brand presentation.

The imagery plays a central emotional role in the new brand identity. The human-centered approach contrasts with the technical engineering world and presents a modern working world with impact.

Brand Activation

The brand launch in Andermatt brought together 65 participants over two days. The foundation for a successful future was laid by linking culture, strategy and brand. This is what progress feels like.
