With 45,000 employees at over 300 locations in 15 countries, the Trenkwalder Group is one of the leading personnel service providers in Europe. The brand offers flexible solutions in the areas of personnel services, BPO and HR consulting.

The background to the brand work is the takeover of the family business by the Droege Group in 2015. The digital transformation also initiated the transformation from a temporary employment agency to a digital HR full service provider. In addition to reorganizing the business divisions, we have also fundamentally realigned the brand architecture.

The aim of the brand sharpening was to rejuvenate the brand and realign the corporate communication from B2B to B2C. The pivotal point was the optimization of the application process. On this basis, we systematized and implemented all visual and conceptual brand elements - from the brand logo and imagery to individual UI elements.

We have digitally rethought and comprehensively revised the brand identity. The new corporate design reflects the working and living environment of a new generation and underlines our claim to be a flexible personnel service provider with a European spirit. The new image is being rolled out successively in 15 countries.
