With the relaunch of the website, mailbox became a confident point of contact for secure communication and collaboration. The aim was to create a digital presence that builds trust, clearly picks up user groups and guides them through the product world. Content was restructured, tariffs were presented in an understandable way and the interface was integrated into the brand world in terms of design - turning technology into a clear user experience.

The previous website was functional, but not designed for a differentiated approach. The redesign created a structure for B2B, B2C and B2G that reduces complexity and provides orientation. At the same time, the experience became more emotional, more accessible and more closely linked to the brand identity.

Content, tariffs and services were developed in line with the needs of the target groups. The interface, typography, color scheme and icons reflect the brand values and ensure a consistent experience across all touchpoints.

The new payment and login route ensures a seamless experience. The interface blends seamlessly into the brand image and brings the brand to life digitally.

Reduced navigation, clear entry points and consistent user guidance make the digital experience seamless across target groups and applications. Different needs are connected by an overarching logic - for orientation without detours and access that works straight away.
