Karolina Orawski studied communication design at the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences and the University of Technology Sydney. She began her professional career at one of Germany's most renowned corporate identity agencies, where she worked in the brand unit for five years and was responsible for brand projects for a wide range of industries. She then worked in the digital unit for several years, developing UX/UI designs for major national and international clients.
Today, Karolina Orawski is Co-Managing Director of Elevate Partners and brings brands into the digital future. With a clear focus on brand management, transformation and the combination of design and technology, she and her team develop concise solutions that are strategically and humanly convincing.
Growing up in the Sauerland - a region full of small mountains - she discovered her love of nature at an early age. She has lived in Munich for many years, where she continues to live out her passion for outdoor activities in the big mountains: skiing, camping and spending time at the lakes with her family are among her favorites.
